Privacy policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you visit autogenicleads.com and try the AutogenicLeads demo, what we use it for and the choices you have. The site is run by the team behind AutogenicLeads ("we"). For any question or request, reply to any email you received from the demo.

What we collect

  • What you type in the sign-up form: your name, email address and, if you add them, your company and website.
  • What you do in the demo: the business types and locations you search, the leads found or added, the emails the demo writes for you and the replies you send to them.
  • Where you came from: if you arrive from an ad, the campaign details in the link (for example utm_source or fbclid).
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser type. We use the IP address for a short time to stop too many sign-ups from one connection; we do not keep it with your account.

Cookies

  • Sign-in cookie (pc_demo): keeps you signed in to your demo. It is needed for the demo to work and ends with your demo.
  • Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc): when our ads measurement is switched on, Meta sets these to tell us whether an ad led to a sign-up. You can block them in your browser settings; the demo works the same without them.
  • Your cookie choice (al_consent): in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask before setting Meta's cookies or sharing your sign-up with Meta, and remember your answer for 180 days. Change it any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

Business information the demo finds

The demo searches Google Maps for businesses in the type and place you choose and reads their public websites. It keeps public business details such as the business name, website, address, phone number and public email address. In the demo, nothing is ever sent to these businesses: every email goes only to you.

How we use your information

  • to run your demo and send you its emails, your access code and reminders before it ends;
  • to answer you and, after the demo, to tell you about the full version (you can tell us to stop at any time);
  • to measure which ads bring people who sign up, so we show our ads to the right people;
  • to prevent abuse of the free demo.

Who processes it for us

We do not sell your information. We use these providers to run the service:

  • Vercel: hosts the website.
  • Google: stores demo accounts and leads (Google Sheets) and runs the AI that studies websites (Gemini).
  • Serper: runs the Google Maps searches.
  • Our email provider: sends and receives the demo emails.
  • Meta Platforms: measures our ads. When you sign up we send Meta the sign-up event with your email address and name in hashed (scrambled, SHA-256) form, your IP address and browser type, through the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. Meta uses this to match the sign-up to an ad. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this happens only if you accepted cookies. See Meta's privacy policy and your ad preferences.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your demo account and its leads while your demo runs and afterwards so we can follow up with you, until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, the UK or California) you may have further rights, including to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, reply to any email you received from the demo. We answer within 30 days.

Children

The demo is a business tool for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
