These terms apply when you use autogenicleads.com and the free AutogenicLeads demo, run by the team behind AutogenicLeads ("we"). By starting a demo you agree to them. Questions: reply to any email you received from the demo.

The free demo

  • The demo is free for 7 days, with limits on searches and leads shown on the Try page. No payment details are needed.
  • Every email the demo writes is sent only to the address you signed up with. The demo never contacts the businesses it finds.
  • We may change the limits, pause sign-ups, or end a demo early, for example when it is misused.

Your account

  • Sign up with your own, real email address. One demo per person.
  • Keep your access code private: anyone with it can open your demo.

Fair use

Do not use the demo to harm others or the service: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to get around the limits or into other people's demos, no attacks on the site, and no use of what it finds to send spam.

AI results

The analysis, time and money estimates and emails are written by AI from public information. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them or send them to anyone.

The full version and pricing

One-time setup · runs on your accounts · email, hosting and API usage costs apply.

  • The full version is a one-time setup of AutogenicLeads on your own accounts. Its price is the one shown on our pricing section (currently: Launch offer: AutogenicLeads set up on your own accounts for $597 instead of $997, for the first 5 businesses.) or agreed with you in writing before you pay.
  • Running it needs your own email mailboxes, hosting and API accounts (business search and AI). You pay those providers directly under their own terms; the cost depends on how much you use them.
  • What the setup includes, delivery and any refund are agreed with you before you pay, on the platform you buy through or in writing.
  • When you send emails with the full version you are the sender: you are responsible for following the email and privacy laws that apply to you (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR or CASL) and your providers' rules.

No guarantee

The demo is provided free and "as is". We do not promise that it is always available or error-free, or that it will win you clients. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages from using the demo.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the demo after a change means you accept the new terms.
